MULTIFACETED
The author’s book explores the theme of the multifaceted nature of water – its shapes, movements, and visual forms. Through this project, I sought to capture water as a living, ever-changing element capable of evoking a wide range of emotions and moods. In addition to the graphic design, I also focused on creating original photographs that complement and enrich the visual aspect of the book. The aim was to create a harmonious whole in which graphic art and photography intertwine, together offering a poetic perspective on the natural phenomenon of water.
ZONE
In the project of the conceptual brand Zone, I designed a logotype based on my own custom typeface. The brand focuses on producing artistic sprays created specifically for artists. The name Zone stems from the idea that every artist chooses their own space – a zone – in which they place their artwork and express their creativity. This concept of a defined creative space became the foundation of the brand’s visual identity. While designing the typeface, I experimented with form and structure to give the logotype a distinctive street-inspired character that strongly resonates with the community the brand is intended for.
ILLUSTRATIONS
The collection of illustrations from my independent work captures my personal creative journey beyond academic or commercial projects.
BABUELA
In the Babuela project, I focused on redesigning the logo, inspired by their exceptional pastries, which immediately create an emotional connection with the customer. The goal was to capture the brand’s spontaneous joy and energythrough a simple and playful illustration that enhances recognizability and modernizes its visual identity.
UNIQUENESS
In this book, I explore my everyday experiences during my studies, capturing moments from the most ordinary days. The project focuses on experimenting with composition and color, reflecting the school assignment while visually bringing everyday situations to life.
CURT
The Curt project reflects on consumer society and the excess of material possessions. I combined my passion for sewing and clothing upcycling with the aim of giving old materials a new life. From an old curtain, I created an original fashion piece – a shirt that brings together sustainability and aesthetics.
G – ROWMODE
In the project for the fictional brand Growmode, I focused primarily on creating the logo and its visual communication within the fitness segment. The logo itself is designed around the letter G, directly linking to the brand name and symbolizing growth and development. The goal was to connect the concepts of muscle, regeneration, and growth into a cohesive visual identity. The result is a robust and powerful brand expression that captures the essence of the fitness world through bold typography and a dynamic visual style.
CIRCADIAN CODE
Redesign of the book cover for The Circadian Code by Satchin Panda. In this version, I focused on visually expressing the book’s main idea – how to align one’s lifestyle with natural body rhythms to improve health and overall well-being. I chose a simple illustration that connects the moon and the sun as symbols of the circadian cycle. The sun’s rays are formed by clock numerals, representing the 12-hour cycle, which plays a key role throughout the book.
WEST BOHEMIAN BAROQUE
Visual identity for the project “West Bohemian Baroque” (Západočeské baroko) — a unique initiative by the Pilsen Region, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the historical Baroque heritage of the area. The visual identity was developed as a team project by three people: Simona Dvořáková, Kristína Golisová, and Lucie Lovčíková.
